Yesterday, we held our S1 Celebration Assembly to honour the outstanding achievements of our students. These young individuals have not only excelled academically but have also consistently demonstrated their commitment to the Culloden Way and our core values of ambition, community, kindness, and respect. Well done to each and every one of you!
Congratulations to S5 pupil Toni McCulloch who competed at the Allstar World Championships in Florida, USA on the 15th and 16th April.
Toni competed in 3 teams which all placed top 3 in the world.
Her Inverness based Team Love Cheer have won bids to compete in 2026 also. Well done to Toni and the rest of the team, a fantastic achievement.

Karen Young, Laurie Stottlaw and Madeleine Holmes are your CrossReach Counsellors and they are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at Culloden Academy and the associated primary schools. Karen, Laurie and Madeleine have been providing counselling in a number of schools across Inverness for many years. They are based in the two counselling rooms within the school, providing a quiet, private space where you can feel comfortable and safe to tell your story and consider ways to manage challenges and worries you might have. A counsellor can help you feel more in control of what you want and need and help take some weight off your shoulders.
Anyone can access school counselling by asking your guidance teacher to refer you, or refer yourself by contacting: inverness.counselling@crossreach.org.uk. You will then receive an email with a time and date to meet your school counsellor. During the first initial session, you will have a chance to ask any questions you might have about the counselling and talk with the counsellor about what is most helpful for you right now. If you chose counselling, you will be offered the same time each week for the duration of the counselling.
Our ASN Seniors put on a wonderful morning tea for those who have been involved on their journeys at Culloden. Home made baked goods of scones, cake and croissants were provided. They were delicious! We are all so proud of the young people they have become.
After another successful term Business and Computing class teachers have selected their Business Brains for Term 3 following their great work and commitment in the subject. Well Done to the S1-3 pupils who were selected and keep up the good work!

April 1st can only mean one thing and it is NO April Fools. Tickets are finally on sale for our 2025 musical, Little Shop of Horrors. The show will run from 11th-13th June with a special matinee performance on the Friday afternoon.
