Marine Conservation Society

On Wednesday, our S3 Geography students welcomed Rachel from the Marine Conservation Society, who delivered a fascinating session on the importance of our marine ecosystems, with a particular focus on Scotland’s coastlines.

Did you know that leatherback turtles regularly visit Scottish waters after swimming up to 10,000 miles from the Caribbean?

A huge thank you to Rachel for sharing her knowledge and inspiring our young people to think about the vital role our oceans play in supporting wildlife and protecting our planet.
