Last week the Barista Skills class completed their ‘takeover’ of Kings Café. They all successfully served the general public in a professional setting, making a variety of coffees and smoothies. The class all represented the school brilliantly and it was wonderful to see the students demonstrating the skills they have learnt in a café environment.
