This morning Kat and Mike from The Royal Navy conducted a Ready Steady Cook challenge for our S4 bakery and Skills for Work students. The students had 1 hour and 15 minutes to serve up chicken kiev with fondant potatoes and garnish, and a scrumptious sticky toffee pudding for dessert! Our budding chefs have a wider understanding of the roles available within the Navy, and the skills required to excel in logistics catering services. Well done students – your dishes were delicious!
