A Fantastic Start!
We had a brilliant day yesterday at our MasterChef 2026 heats! A fantastic 33 pupils took part across the 2 heats, which was an amazing turnout. It was great to see so many pupils keen to get involved. Every pupil showed great enthusiasm and tried their best throughout the competition. The standard was incredibly high, and we are so proud of everyone who took part.
With such a high standard of cooking, choosing our finalists was tricky as only 7 competitors could progress to the next stage. Congratulations to:

These 7 talented pupils (see photo attached) will compete in Round 1 of the Rotary Schools MasterChef after the Summer holidays. They will each prepare a main course and a dessert of their choice.
A special guest judge will visit the school to taste and judge each dish. From this round, 1 pupil will be selected to progress to Round 2 of the Rotary Schools MasterChef, where they will compete against pupils from other schools and represent Culloden Academy! We wish all 7 finalists the very best of luck and look forward to seeing what they create!
