You can talk to us about anything that’s on your mind — school, friendships, home, or just everyday stuff — or simply come along to see what we’re about.
We also have a safe space in Inverness city centre, open in the evenings and weekends, where you can relax, grab some food, or chat with staff if you ever need support.
No pressure, no judgement — just a safe space, friendly faces, and some snacks.
